On December 4, 2007, the CFPBA ballots were counted and the following people were voted in as CFPBA Board Directors (in alphabetical order).

In accordance with CFPBA bylaws, on December 10, 2007, the newly appointed CFPBA Board Directors (above) engaged in an open membership meeting and appointed the following people in leadership positions listed below.

Executive Committee (unanimous decision): NOTE - although unavailable and not counted as a vote, Bruce Vail agreed with the unanimous vote)
