On November 19th, the Orange County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) bargaining units voted to reject the contract - deputies and court service officers 70% against and the supervisors 60% against the contract. The main objections are the lack of merit pay, skyrocketing healthcare costs, major morale problems, etc.

Therefore, the OCSO and PBA will resume negotiations on Mon, December 13 from 9am - 4pm in the HRD Large Conference Room at 2500 W. Colonial Dr. Please come and go as needed with minimal interruption. PBA welcomes EVERYONE (family, friends, LEO supporters) because negotiations are PUBLIC MEETINGS.
